Come along to rediscover the joy of fishing in stunning natural conditions at a fishery which prioritises peace and nature.

The fishery was newly reopened in 2025 therefore a significant percentage of our carp stock have never been caught! Most of the pictures on the website are from 2025 catches.

At Netherwood Lakes we have the flexibility to entertain any style or type of angling. We are trying to create the feeling of an old fashioned mixed fishery where the variety of species will appeal to many different types of anglers.

A separate crucian lake offers the angler favouring the delicate touch a decent challenge but with some excellent rewards.

Whether you prefer sleeping on your bed chair in a bivvy or on a more comfortable bed in the anglers lodges, we offer flexible accommodation to suit your needs and budgets.

The entire venue is fully fenced, accessible only via the main gate which is kept locked at all times ensuring both your security and privacy.

Situated within the Cotswold Water Park between Swindon and Cirencester, we are easily accessible from both the M4 & M5 motorways and only approximately 1.5 hours from London, Birmingham and Bristol.

These beautiful lakes are only booked out on alternate weeks of the year to ensure that the venue does not become over fished. You will not bump into outgoing anglers as you arrive to commence your holiday.

Bookings are taken on an exclusive venue basis for between 4 and 6 anglers.

These can be either weekday bookings from Monday to Thursday or weekend bookings from Friday to Sunday. Simply combine two bookings for a full weeks fishing.
